This page needs your personal link. Use the link you were sent, or ask Brent for it.
Your name and title are set from the org chart. Pick your mail app, check the phone number, click Copy signature, then follow the steps below.
Gmail (in the browser)
Click Copy signature above.
In Gmail, click the gear (top right) → See all settings.
Scroll to Signature → Create new → name it “Edge Fiber” → click in the box → paste (Cmd+V or Ctrl+V).
Below the box, set “For new emails use” and “On reply/forward use” to Edge Fiber.
Scroll to the bottom → Save Changes.
Apple Mail on a Mac
Open this page in Safari (this version of the signature is built for Apple Mail: no table, images at their real size).
Mail → Settings → Signatures → select your edgefiber.com account on the left → click +.
Untick “Always match my default message font” at the bottom, first.
Delete the default text in the right-hand box. Come back here, click Copy signature, then paste into that box.
Set Choose Signature (bottom of the window) to the new one. Close the window; it saves automatically.
Mail’s settings box is not a live preview: links look like plain text there and are not clickable until the email is sent. Send yourself a test email to check. If the Copy button gives you a bad paste, select the signature in the box above with your mouse and press Cmd+C instead.
Outlook
Click Copy signature above.
Outlook → Settings → Signatures → New → paste.
Set it as the default for new messages and for replies → Save.
Phone apps keep their own plain-text signature. Set it to your name and title, or leave it off.
